On October 6, 2026, Oak & Stone, the popular craft kitchen and self-pour tap wall restaurant concept, is set to open its newest location in The Villages’ Eastport Town Center, one of the community’s newest developments.
The opening is the latest in a series of new location openings and marks Oak & Stone’s entry into Central Florida, bringing the concept’s footprint to 10 locations across Florida and Texas.
Located at 7016 Central Lake Drive in the heart of Eastport at The Villages, FL, the 6,049 square foot space features indoor seating for 78, an indoor-outdoor bar, patio seating for 38, and two 12-top fire feature tables. The Tap Wall, a signature element of the Oak & Stone experience, will feature 36 drafts, 16 wine selections, and 14 bourbon selections.

Oak & Stone is one of the first restaurants to open in Eastport, The Villages. The new lifestyle-driven town center has been designed to inspire gathering and connection and features recreation, golf, parks, shopping and dining experiences, all connected through a network of trails and pathways surrounding Central Lake. Oak & Stone’s look and feel complements the town center’s picturesque, European-influenced design and collection of quaint shops and scaled down buildings that invite casual strolls and distinctive experiences.
