Mellow Mushroom has introduced Same-Day Party Trays at participating restaurants nationwide, along with several seasonal offerings for the holiday season, including a Brown Butter Cookie Cake, the return of the Holly Jolly Rita, and a gift card promotion.
The new Same-Day Party Trays are available for online ordering at mellowmushroom.com and are intended for game-day gatherings, parties, and other occasions. The lineup includes Classic Wings and Boneless Wings, each available with up to two flavors, Pretzel Bites, Keep It Greek Salad, and Caesar Salad.
Customers can order one of each tray for same-day pickup at participating locations. Larger orders can be placed in advance through Mellow Mushroom’s online catering platform or arranged directly with individual restaurants.
Beginning November 10 and running through January 4, Mellow Mushroom will offer a limited-time Brown Butter Cookie Cake at all locations while supplies last. Priced at $7.95 per slice, the dessert features a cookie butter-infused glaze with notes of spice and caramelized brown sugar. It is topped with cookie butter crunch, brown butter cream cheese whipped cream, crushed cookie crumbs, and a cookie butter drizzle.
The seasonal dessert will be available for dine-in, pickup, and delivery orders.
Mellow Mushroom is also introducing a holiday gift card promotion from November 10 through January 4. Customers who purchase a $50 gift card online will receive a $10 bonus coupon. Those who purchase a $50 gift card in-store will receive a $10 bonus card and a limited-edition wizard ornament, while supplies last. The promotion will be available at locations nationwide.
The brand’s seasonal beverage lineup will also feature the Holly Jolly Rita, a margarita made with POM Pomegranate juice, Monin Orange syrup, fresh sour, DeKuyper Triple Sec, and El Jimador Silver tequila. Finished with a green sugar rim and lime wheel, the cocktail will be available at participating locations from November 10 through January 4, with an average price of $8.
The additions expand Mellow Mushroom’s offerings for football season and the holidays, providing customers with new catering options, seasonal desserts, beverages, and gift card incentives.
