Sullivan’s Steakhouse has introduced a limited-time holiday menu featuring premium steaks, seasonal seafood dishes, and selected wines. The menu is available November 3 through January 4.
The holiday menu includes five featured entrées.
- Garlic Chili Tomahawk Ribeye – A 34-ounce long-bone ribeye marinated in fresh garlic chili oil and intended for two guests.
- Surf & Turf – A 6-ounce filet mignon paired with a petite cold-water lobster tail.
- Braised Short Rib – Slow-braised short rib served with roasted heirloom carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, cipollini onions, and demi-glace.
- Shrimp & Butternut Squash Risotto – Jumbo shrimp and roasted butternut squash served over creamy Arborio rice with sparkling wine broth, chives, and Grana Padano.
- Elk Chop – A pan-seared double-bone elk chop accompanied by sautéed fennel, cremini mushrooms, and red wine reduction.
Additional seasonal offerings include Beef Carpaccio and Roasted Beet & Spinach Salad. The restaurant is also featuring wine selections such as Goldeneye Anderson Valley Pinot Noir, Duckhorn Napa Merlot, and Duckhorn Napa Cabernet Sauvignon.
In addition to the holiday menu, Sullivan’s Steakhouse is offering a seasonal gift card promotion. From November 16 through January 3, customers who purchase $100 in gift cards online will receive $25 in bonus cards.
The bonus cards can be redeemed January 4 through March 6, excluding February 12–14.
