State of Play Hospitality will open its second Flight Club venue in Texas on Friday, Oct. 23, at Village on the Parkway in Addison, marking the Social Darts concept’s Dallas-Fort Worth debut. Known for reimagining the classic British game of darts into an interactive, tech-enabled social experience, Flight Club blends the thrill of friendly competition with craft cocktails, chef-driven cuisine and design-led hospitality to create a one-of-a-kind destination for dining, drinking and entertainment.
Located at 5100 Belt Line Road, Suite 776, Addison, TX, the space spans approximately 8,000 square feet, accommodates up to 400 guests and features 12 semi-private playing areas known as oches and two patios. The venue introduces Flight Club’s unique approach to elevated hospitality to North Texas, offering a warm, lively setting for everything from casual nights out and date nights to celebrations, group gatherings and large-scale corporate events.
“Addison always felt like an excellent fit for our first Flight Club in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro,” said Toby Harris, president and CEO of State of Play Hospitality, which operates Flight Club in North America under license. “Its central location, thriving dining and entertainment scene, and local corporate community made Addison a natural choice. Ever since we opened Flight Club in Houston in 2021, we’ve been patiently searching for the right site in Dallas-Fort Worth, so this is a special moment for the team. We can’t wait to open the doors and share this beautiful new space with our guests.”
At the heart of the experience is Flight Club’s proprietary Social Darts technology, which automatically scores every throw and powers a collection of fast-paced, multiplayer games designed for groups of all sizes and skill levels. The innovative system transforms the traditional pub pastime into an engaging social competition, allowing guests to focus on the fun rather than keeping score.
Each of the venue’s 12 oches serves as a semi-private playing area for up to 12 guests, complete with a dartboard, dedicated seating and attentive tableside service, with larger groups able to reserve multiple oches. Individually decorated and thoughtfully designed, the oches give guests their own space to eat, drink, play and socialize while remaining connected to the energy of the broader venue.
Food and beverage are equally central to the Flight Club experience. The chef-driven menu emphasizes dishes made for sharing between dart throws, including flatbreads, sliders and tacos. With options thoughtfully crafted to accommodate different dietary preferences, the menu makes group dining more seamless and encourages guests to focus on great company and playful competition.
Behind the bar, guests will find a full menu of classic and signature cocktails made with premium spirits, alongside a selection of wine and locally sourced draft beers. Each of Flight Club’s signature cocktails can also be prepared without alcohol, delivering the same thoughtful flavors and presentation regardless of beverage preferences. Together, the food and cocktail programs make Flight Club a destination for dining and drinks in its own right, whether guests are participating in Social Darts or simply gathering around the bar.
The Addison venue puts a local spin on Flight Club’s signature design aesthetic, drawing on the nostalgic charm of Victorian fairgrounds and the playful energy of traditional British pubs while incorporating eclectic artwork, richly layered interiors and unexpected nods to Dallas and Texas.
The venue unfolds through a series of spaces, including a lively main bar, the leather-studded Pegasus Room and an orangery-inspired playing area. Featuring trellis detailing, lush greenery, ivy and hanging birdcages, the orangery creates an indoor-outdoor garden atmosphere that transitions toward the back patio.
Among the standout features are the Pegasus Room’s illuminated wings, which pay homage to one of Dallas’ most recognizable symbols. Western landscapes, horses, cattle and references to the State Fair of Texas appear throughout the artwork, creating a setting that gives the venue a distinctly local character.
For corporate gatherings and private celebrations, Flight Club offers dedicated event support, customizable food and beverage packages and tournament-style gameplay. Groups can tailor their gatherings across private and semi-private spaces, with the Flight Club team handling the details so hosts can focus on their guests.
Flight Club will offer recurring programming designed to keep the energy going throughout the week. Flight Fridays, every Friday beginning at 7 p.m., will feature live DJ sets spinning everything from throwbacks to early 2000s favorites, along with challenge games that give guests the chance to win prizes and bar tabs. Guests can also look forward to happy hour offerings from 4 to 6 p.m., including $2 off draft beer, liquor and wine by the glass, along with specialty cocktail pricing.
