At JINYA, the focus on “kaizen” – the Japanese practice of continuous improvement – runs deep in the company’s culture. This guiding principle extends beyond its famous, authentic flavors to JINYA’s commitment to providing guests an unmatched customer experience.

As proof of that dedication, the beloved ramen brand has partnered with the digital customer engagement experts at Paytronix to overhaul its loyalty app and reward program. JINYA is furthering the “surprise and delight” approach of its previous loyalty program with the introduction of a new points system, giving customers the chance to redeem points for the rewards of their choice.

“Everything we do at JINYA is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, from ingredient selection and food preparation to attentive, personalized service,” says Tomo Takahashi, JINYA’s founder and CEO. “Our new and improved loyalty program is just one more way we get to show our guests how much they mean to us and create memorable experiences that keep them coming back.”

JINYA’s new loyalty program offers members a variety of perks, including rewards, easy points accrual and discounts:
