Following its successful UK debut, India’s iconic food brand Haldiram’s is set to open its first US restaurant in Frisco, Texas, on Sunday 11 October. Located at 7010 Preston Road, Suite 240, Haldiram’s Frisco will introduce the brand’s much-loved Indian dishes, and large repertoire of products across sweets and snacks to a new audience in a full-service, casual dining space designed for sharing, snacking and exploring aromatic Indian flavors.

The 110-cover restaurant will span approximately 4,400 sq. ft., offering a welcoming dining destination designed to accommodate a variety of occasions, from family meals and group gatherings to casual dining experiences. Dallas marks the starting point of Haldiram’s restaurant expansion into the US, with the wider Dallas–Fort Worth region offering an opportunity to introduce the brand’s longstanding culinary heritage to the Indian diaspora and American consumers interested in exploring authentic Indian cuisine.

On the menu are some of India’s most beloved dishes, spanning street food, traditional thalis and chaats. Favorites include Raj Kachori, Choley Bhature, Pav Bhaji and Pani Puri, alongside traditional Indian sweets such as Rasmalai and Gulab Jamun. The opening coincides with the auspicious festival of Navratri, during which the restaurant will also introduce a special menu of traditional fasting-friendly dishes, celebrating the festival’s cultural and culinary traditions.

Beyond the restaurant menu, guests can explore a dedicated sweet counter and retail area featuring traditional Indian mithai and a selection of Haldiram’s packaged products. Sweets have long played an important role in Indian celebrations, festivals and gifting, and the offering brings this part of the brand’s heritage to the US, giving customers the opportunity to discover familiar favorites, festive treats and products to share with family and friends.

The US expansion is headed by Mr Pankkaj Agarwal, Managing Director at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., alongside Rhea Agarwal, Commercial Director – UK and EU. Together, they are leading the brand’s international growth, building on its established presence in the UK and Europe while introducing Haldiram’s to new markets.

“Bringing Haldiram’s to the United States is an important milestone in our international journey. Food has always been about more than what is on the plate; it connects people to their memories, their families and their culture. Through our restaurant in Texas, we look forward to bringing familiar flavors to the Indian community while welcoming a new generation of diners to experience the richness and diversity of Indian cuisine. This is an exciting first step in our journey in America.” said Rhea Agarwal, Commercial Director – Haldiram’s UK & EU.

Founded in 1937, Haldiram’s has grown from a small Bhujia shop in Bikaner, Rajasthan into a global food brand, now present in over 80 countries including the US and UAE, with more than 200 restaurants across North India. Its US debut marks a new chapter in the brand’s international growth, bringing together its longstanding connection with Indian food, sweets and snacks with a contemporary dining experience tailored to a new market.
