With Halloween quickly approaching, Mellow Mushroom has announced the debut of a limited-time-only, spooky cocktail of the season.
Available for $9 across all participating Mellow Mushroom locations beginning Tuesday, September 29, through Monday, November 2, the Wicked Wizard is made with Don Q Cristal Rum, fresh sour, lime juice, Mellow’s Moondust syrup (made with blue spirulina & Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup), cream of coconut, coconut milk & blueberry flavored popping pearls. It’s garnished with a thick sugar rim.
“The Wicked Wizard is pure Halloween magic, with Mellow’s signature purple color and popping pearls that give the cocktail a playful, bubbling-cauldron effect,” says Elizabeth Brasch, EVP of People & Brand at Mellow Mushroom. “We wanted to create something visually unexpected and trend-forward, without losing sight of making a cocktail that tastes every bit as good as it looks.”
