Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria announced that Andrew Raabe has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2025.

As Chief Financial Officer, Raabe will oversee the company’s financial strategy, accounting and financial operations, supply chain, and risk management.

Raabe brings extensive financial leadership experience across the restaurant, technology, aerospace, manufacturing, and retail industries. Most recently, he served as CFO Partner at SeatonHill Partners, providing strategic financial leadership to growing businesses nationwide.

Prior to that, Raabe was Chief Financial Officer at Wow Bao, a Chicago-based restaurant company originally founded by Lettuce Entertain You. During his tenure, he led the company’s rapid expansion to more than 3,000 locations across restaurant, licensing, and CPG channels, driving 8X revenue growth. He also held senior finance and supply chain leadership positions at Potbelly Sandwich Shop for over a decade.
