Slow-roasted Prime Rib is making its fall comeback at Logan’s Roadhouse, and it’s bringing a fresh lineup of comfort food favorites along for the ride. The Original Roadhouse is welcoming the season with Fireside Favorites, a limited-time menu featuring Lemon Caper Fried Chicken, Honey BBQ Pork Chops and an Apple Pie Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich made with warm apple-filled cookies, vanilla ice cream and caramel. For holiday gatherings, Logan’s is also bringing back Prime Rib as an option in its Ultimate Roadhouse Feast, available hot-and-ready or take-and-bake.
“Fall is a great time to play with richer flavors and comfort-food,” said Chef Luis Haro, VP of Culinary Innovation for Logan’s Roadhouse. “Cajun butter spread and a roasted jalapeño bring some heat to our Texas Ribeye, while apple and roasted corn compote adds a little sweetness to our Honey BBQ Pork Chops. Sometimes a small change in flavor is all it takes to make a familiar favorite feel new again.”
