JOEY Restaurants, the award-winning, globally inspired hospitality group known for its elevated yet approachable culinary experiences, will open JOEY Maple, its second Dallas location, on Thursday, September 10. Located at 2508 Maple Avenue, the restaurant will offer a dynamic new destination for Uptown Dallas residents and visitors alike, serving lunch, happy hour and dinner. As part of the brand’s continued U.S. growth, JOEY Maple will bring the company’s signature blend of globally inspired cuisine, exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere to the neighborhood.

“Uptown Dallas has one of the most energetic dining communities in the country, and expanding in Texas is a significant milestone for our brand, representing an exciting step in our growth strategy,” said Layne Krienke, president of JOEY Restaurants. “We designed JOEY Maple around a menu that gives guests a reason to keep coming back, from approachable favorites to globally inspired dishes and signature JOEY creations. Whether it’s a quick lunch or dinner that turns into drinks, the food is at the heart of the experience.”

TOP CHEF TALENT, GLOBAL FLAVORS AND SIGNATURE SIPS

At JOEY Maple, Executive Chef Matthew Stowe, a winning Top Chef alumnus and recent guest judge, will lead a menu that blends JOEY signatures with globally inspired flavors, bringing the brand’s distinctive approach to contemporary dining. The beverage program will be overseen by Bar Development Leader Jay Jones, a Restaurant Hall of Fame inductee, alongside Group Sommelier Jason Yamasaki.

The menu reflects JOEY’s long-standing philosophy of blending global culinary techniques with high-quality ingredients showcasing a balance of premium steaks, fire-torched sushi, fresh seafood, bowls, handhelds and shareable plates. Guests can soon enjoy iconic cuts such as the Bone-In Prime Ribeye and Tomahawk, served with JOEY’s signature Crispy Mashed Potatoes alongside new dishes including Crispy Nigiri, Caviar, Truffle Udon Carbonara and JOEY Signature Chocolate Cake. The beverage program includes a curated wine list selected by Yamasaki and handcrafted cocktails from the Sarti Spritz and The Good Life Margarita, to the Woodsmoked Old Fashioned and JOEY Martini. Guests can also enjoy the JOEY Supers, a twist on the classic highball with its noteworthy lemon-lime slush.

THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED, INSPIRED TO CONNECT

Designed as a modern, dynamic escape, JOEY Maple offers a comfortably elegant retreat in Uptown Dallas. The exterior establishes strong architectural presence through expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, and sculptural vertical wood screening that softens the building’s profile. With over 7,800 square feet, the design centers around an immersive indoor alfresco environment, anchored by a fully operable skylight and perimeter operable windows, creating the sensation of dining outdoors while enjoying the comfort of the interior.

Guests are welcomed by a fire bowl lounge surrounded by lush plantings and greeted by a sculptural curved millwork wine display to establish a strong sense of craftsmanship and hospitality. A signature statement light installation introduces a playful, artistic element that immediately defines the restaurant’s character. Guests will also delight in a gallery wall featuring one-of-a-kind works by America Martin, B Shawn Cox and James Wolanin. The collection is anchored by a custom commissioned piece from artist Mina Eskandari that pays homage to the site’s previous identity as a beloved day lounge and pool destination, celebrating the history of the location while giving it a contemporary new expression.

Positioned as a focal point at the back of the restaurant, the open kitchen is celebrated with a dramatic lighting installation where the warm amber glow will draw guests through the space and enrich the dining atmosphere.
