Mellow Mushroom and Olo have partnered to make it easier, faster and more enticing for guests to order online from Mellow Mushroom. The new online ordering system has already increased delivery and takeout sales and customer satisfaction.

The new Olo system uses more visual displays and showcases the core Mellow Mushroom menu of Munchies, Salads, Pizzas, Hoagies, and Desserts, as well as the company’s rich culture, including its art-centric restaurant design aesthetic. Previously, ordering online at Mellow Mushroom took a minimum of 16 keystrokes.  On the new platform guests can complete an order in as few as four keystrokes.

The new online ordering platform is one part of the Mellow Mushroom brand’s commitment to growing off premises sales. Other related initiatives over the past three years include: launch of a new catering program in 2018, partnering with ezCater in 2019, and upgraded packaging in February 2020.
