Los Chingones, helmed by Denver restaurateur Chef Troy Guard, is inviting guests to a Cinco de Mayo fiesta with brand new festive food and drink specials.
Specials include the new Grilled Watermelon and Peach Margarita (Tequila, Grilled Watermelon, Peach, Lime, Agave with a Tajin Rim) and $9 Mini Chimichangas (Roasted Tomatillo Salsa, Shredded Chicken, Cheese).
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo while enjoying the new specials and Denver sun on Los Chingones RiNo’s rooftop patio–known as one of Denver’s best rooftop patios ). Guests can snack on Guard’s housemade Rooster Salsa and four-cheese chingon blend House Queso while sipping on signature classics made from an extensive list of Reposado, Mezcal and Añejo.
