Paytronix Systems, Inc., a leading provider of reward program solutions to restaurants and retailers, announced a new user interface with both navigation and search capabilities as well as new Campaign Center tools that combine to deliver a real-time marketing engine that generates meaningful business impact. Beyond the improved usability and visual appeal, users will find even more actionable data in the campaign center, multiple substitution parameters in the email tool, and savvy social features in the mobile platform.

The latest Paytronix release includes more tools for marketers to bolster loyalty impact. From easy access to campaign tools and results that help improve guest spend and activity, to making it easier for guests to join—boosting the number of guests in the program—the new features help marketers more effectively engage guests and track purchase behavior.

Duffy’s Sports Grill, a 30-unit brand in Florida, is one of the users of the new Paytronix Campaign Center. The Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, which operates BRAVO! Cucina Italiana and BRIO Tuscan Grill, is as well. The group has worked with the company since 2012, and re-launched its reward program "Eat, Repeat, Reward" with the Paytronix Rewards platform in September 2014, which included a mobile app, and an employee training program.

Some of the updated features include:

New Navigation: Helps users quickly discover program metrics and guest insights with new search capabilities. Users can customize their Paytronix home page for even quicker access to the metrics they frequent to manage their programs.

Responsive Site: Enables users to readily access critical program data on the go.

Campaign Center: Provides consolidated views that tell whether or not campaigns are successful at creating incremental revenue. Users can quickly view the number of visits, spend, and redemptions as well as the guests’ average spend per redemption.

Data Visualization: Helps marketers answer the question, "Would they have come in anyway?" when considering the results of a promotion. With easy-to-read target-and-control graphs, users instantly discover incremental visits and spend driven by campaign activity.

Mobile Registration or Login via Facebook: Increase guest enrollment convenience by giving guests the option to enroll via Facebook.

Relevant Messages: Create a sense of urgency in messages by alerting guests about imminently expiring rewards. For example, a substitution parameter can be included in an email that reminds guests that their “Free Cookie reward” expires on January 31.

“Driven by customer feedback, all the updates to the Paytronix Rewards Platform are designed to enhance and simplify the user experience—making our client-base more agile in their marketing endeavors,” says Andrew Robbins, president of Paytronix Systems, Inc. “The result is an even more powerful, real-time marketing engine that enables merchants to increase their ability to create more relevant and meaningful campaigns and derive more insights and value from their customer data.”
