Gratafy, the leading platform for digital gifting, was recognized for its breakthrough "Buds for Buds" campaign with a 2015 Facebook Award for Social Technology, which honors the five most innovative integrations of the year with the Facebook platform.

Gratafy was singled out for its innovation, originality, and execution on this program, which was developed on behalf of Anheuser-Busch alongside its creative agency AKQA and designed as a way to let friends purchase and share beers from anywhere around the globe. The campaign bridged the gap between advertising and on-premise product fulfillment, creating a new standard in digital marketing.

"Prior to Gratafy there was a disconnect between brand marketing and product purchases. The insights this campaign offered were unprecedented," says Ryan Halper, COO of Gratafy. "Brands now have control over the whole customer journey."

Adds Gratafy CEO Brian Erke: "We are honored to be recognized by Facebook—the credit belongs to our amazing team here at Gratafy that worked so hard to pull it off."

Facebook Awards set the bar for creative growth and evolution on Facebook, where ad revenue is expected to reach $14 billion in 2015. This year's jury includes industry leaders David Droga, Mark Tutssel, Mark D'Arcy, Rob Reilly, and Margaret Johnson. Gratafy's "Buds for Buds" program was selected for this prestigious award from thousands of campaigns in more than 160 countries.

Gratafy's team is excited to share more information about how their innovation is changing the industry landscape.
