Summer lovin’ has never been sweeter at Sullivan’s Steakhouse, as Chef Robert Crawford tempts guests with a Summer Fling, a six-ounce Filet Mignon and Half Live Maine Lobster, featured from Memorial Day to Labor Day on the Sullivan’s Seasonals menu, which showcases the freshest ingredients that summer has to offer.

“The weather is warming up and it’s time to celebrate summer at Sullivan’s,” says Chef Crawford of Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Raleigh. “Our Summer Fling is one you’ll always remember, and our seasonal menu is loaded with the freshest ingredients that capture the intensity of the season.”

The Summer Fling is the newest offering on the Sullivan’s Seasonals menu. Offered for $42 for a limited time from May 23 through Sept. 1, the Summer Fling is a six-ounce Filet Mignon broiled to perfection and paired with Half Live Maine Lobster.

The other stars of the Sullivan’s Seasonals menu include the Lobster Tail Trio for $44, featuring fresh, succulent lobster tails prepared three ways. Each lobster tail is three-and-half-ounces. One is simply broiled and served with lemon and butter, one is served Scampi style with rich buerre blanc and diced tomatoes and the third is fried Tempura style and drizzled with honey mustard. The tantalizing threesome is served with Sullivan’s tangy Garlic Horseradish Mashed Potatoes. Heirloom Tomatoes are at their best during summer, and Sullivan’s features a classic presentation with Buffalo Mozzarella, Basil Pesto and Aged Balsamic Vinegar. The perfect finish to a summer dinner is Sullivan’s refreshing Key Lime Pie.
