The National Restaurant Association announced that it is now offering complimentary eCertificates for the ServSafe suite of training products, including ServSafe Manager, Food Handler, Allergens, and Alcohol.
The eCertificates will continue to fulfill American National Standards Institute (ANSI) requirements for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, and will now provide both students and proctors instant access to certificates once exams have been graded.
“Offering flexible options that best meet the needs of our customers is always top-of-mind as we continually strive to enhance our ServSafe training programs,” says Sherman Brown, senior vice president, ServSafe Business and Financial Strategy for the National Restaurant Association. “We are excited to offer eCertificates that will now provide instant access to ServSafe certifications.”
This new function will provide flexibility for students to choose to print or reprint their eCertificate directly from ServSafe.com for no additional charge, as well as improved security and verification on validity of certificates through the new addition of a QR code on the certificate. In addition, a corresponding certificate verification lookup function is now available on ServSafe.com.
