Thirsty Lion Pub and Grill is proud to announce that it will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for its newest location in Hillsboro at The Streets of Tanasbourne Wednesday, November 27 with Grand Opening to follow at 11 a.m.

The Thirsty Lion’s mission is to evolve the gastropub business by combining the traditional values of European and American pubs to create a place where friends and family can celebrate life and enjoy great food, beers, cocktails and wine. The fourth unit within the brand expansion to Hillsboro, Oregon, was decided upon after the three successful openings in Downtown Portland, Tigard, Oregon, and Tempe, Arizona.

The Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce president, Deanna Palm, will present Thirsty Lion’s president and CEO, John Plew, with an official plaque welcoming the fourth Thirsty Lion location to Hillsboro. The honors of cutting the symbolic red ribbon will be done together by Plew and Vice President of Restaurant Operations, Wes Curl.  Other guests in attendance will include Keith Castro, Food and Beverage Director, Kirsten Lind, General Manager and additional VIP guests. The event is open to the public.
