CRO Opens First International Location of Silver Fox Steakhouse

Steak lovers in Dubai have a treat in store with the launch of Silver Fox Steakhouse in Dubai on February 18. Dallas-based Consolidated Restaurant Operations (CRO) partnered with Saleh Bin Lahej Group-Hospitality Division’s (SBLG-HD) to bring the Silver Fox brand to international audiences. Silver Fox is renowned for USDA Prime steak and also offers seafood and lobster in a classic steakhouse-dining atmosphere.

Opening in the Citywalk, Dubai, the restaurant has the distinction of being the first Silver Fox outside the United States. Since Silver Fox first opened in 2001, it has carved a name for itself in the field of fine dining. Quality ingredients have been painstakingly sourced to create mouth-watering favorites, such as USDA Prime New York Strip Steak, Filet Mignon, Atlantic Salmon, Jumbo Sautéed Scallops, and succulent Australian Lobster Tail, for their discerning clientele.

With a capacity of 272 seats, the Dubai restaurant offers an atmosphere of intimate dining created in mahogany and marble, setting the tone for an exquisite culinary experience.

Mohammed Saleh Bin Lahej, CEO of SBLG-HD says, “We are thrilled at the opening of our first Silver Fox restaurant in Dubai, the first of its kind outside the US.  In keeping with its fine dining theme, we have ensured that it is located at the new Citywalk, which itself has a modern, sophisticated ambience. We trust that our loyal customers will enjoy the luxury of dining in Silver Fox Steakhouse.“

Silver Fox Steakhouse is one of seven restaurant brands in the portfolio of Consolidated Restaurant Operations, Inc. (CRO) a $200 million privately owned company operating 115 restaurants globally.

CRO CEO John D. Harkey, Jr. says, “The opening of the first Silver Fox outside the US in Dubai by our esteemed friend Mr. Mohammed Saleh Bin Lahej marks a great moment for us. We are truly thankful for his partnership.”

Silver Fox is conveniently located at Citywalk, the junction of Al Wasl and Al Safa Roads  and can be accessed from Sheikh Zayed Road, via exit D71 (toward  Jumeirah)  and is a mere 15-minute walk from the Burj Khalifa Metro Station. Saleh adds, “We feel that the convenience of this location will ensure easier access to our clients and will enable them to enjoy a peaceful locale in the middle of the bustling city.”
