Chopps American Bar and Grill, a modern Chophouse serving inspired American cooking, is now open at the Boston Marriott Burlington.  A highlight of the hotel’s recent multi-million dollar renovation, Chopps American Bar and Grill emulates and redefines the traditional Chophouse with a warm and unpretentious setting offering comfort and style. A prominently featured open kitchen gives guests a glimpse behind the scenes, as they enjoy a dining experience filled with great food, drinks, wines, and smart casual service.

Chopps menu, featuring a variety of all natural organic steaks, fresh local seafood, and regional specialties, is the joint creation of nationally acclaimed consulting chef Daniel Bruce, Chopps chef David Verdo, and Marriott Burlington chef John Costello. Signature dishes include a bone-in filet and Delmonico steaks served with Bearnaise, Chimichurri or Chopps Steak Sauce; Block Island Swordfish Chops Bouillabaisse style; Char-Seared Yellow Fin Tuna with Bok Choy; Crispy Pork Belly with Hoisin BBQ, Napa Cabbage and Horseradish Slaw; Lamb Lollichopps Tzatziki; Chopp-Lovers Pizza and the bountiful Vegetable Chopps Salad with local cider splash.

The 245- seat Chopps American Bar and Grill features an elevated chef’s table seating 10 across from the open kitchen and three dedicated private dining areas for up to 35 guests. Chopps bar is highlighted by a large u-shaped bar with 22 bar stools and 14-person communal table with open and inviting seating areas filled with original art, cozy nooks, large screen TV’s, and the latest technology. Interior décor features warm woods, leather upholstery, and contemporary brass finishes accentuated by the natural light or night sky filtering in through floor to ceiling windows.  Chopps offers a variety of flexible settings for private parties ranging in size from 5–100.
