Brio Tuscan Grille announced that it will open its first restaurant in California on October 24, introducing the authentic flavors of Tuscany to Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas. Opening at the Victoria Gardens shopping center, the new location will mark the 57th Brio Tuscan Grille restaurant nationwide and brings more than 150 jobs to the area.

Brio Tuscan Grille is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant serving delicious, northern Italian cuisine with an emphasis on the finest and freshest ingredients available. The menu features a wide variety of dishes prepared by executive chef Tyler Kehr, including grilled and oven-roasted steaks, fresh fish, made-to-order pastas, bruschettas, and flatbreads.

“After bringing Italian cuisine to 20 other states, we’re thrilled to introduce Brio Tuscan Grille to California,” says Natalie Devitt, general manager for Brio Tuscan Grille in Rancho Cucamonga. “We’re looking forward to providing Brio’s lively dining experience to our new guests at Victoria Gardens along with proving our commitment to the local community.”

Brio Tuscan Grille offers savory appetizers, flavorful entrées, and decadent desserts, similar to what one would find in restaurants lining the streets of Tuscany. The menu features classically prepared dishes made from original recipes, including:

  • Filetto Di Manzo Toscano – 8 oz. center-cut filet perfectly seasoned and grilled, served with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables
  • Sweet Potato & Chicken Risotto – Roasted chicken, sweet potatoes, pancetta, asparagus, Parmigiano-Reggiano, thyme, and pine nuts
  • Grilled Salmon Fresca – Grilled asparagus, sweet potatoes, spinach, roasted peppers, pesto vinaigrette, Feta, diced tomatoes, and balsamic glaze (From the Lighter Side of Tuscany Menu – 550 calories or less)

Brio offers reasons to visit every day including, Martini Night Wednesdays, weekend Bellini Brunch, Uncork Your Thursday, and daily food and drink specials in the bar from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The restaurant will feature a villa-like interior with arched colonnades, handcrafted Italian mosaics and antique Venetian plaster. An exhibition-style kitchen will offer a view of BRIO’s chefs in action while a spacious circular bar lends the perfect atmosphere for socializing. Measuring 7,451 square-feet, the restaurant has seating for 225 guests including the outdoor terrace. The private dining area accommodates 40 guests and is perfect for parties or business gatherings.
