Brett Patterson recently joined the company as Vice President, Food & Beverage, Americas. In this newly created role, he will oversee all activity for the region including repositioning of restaurants, cuisine planning, and all other aspects for the food and beverage operations. Prior to joining FRHI, Patterson was based in Singapore as the Vice President of Food & Beverage Asia Pacific for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. He has held additional positions at Four Seasons including Corporate Director of Food & Beverage Asia Pacific and Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hong Kong. He also held numerous Chef positions at Park Hyatt Hotels.
