The Gala dinner will give a taste of what the future holds for the foodservice industry and will be supported by our educational partners and students from: Westinghouse High School, Edison Job Corps, Johnson & Wales University, South Bronx Job Corps Academy, the Culinary Program at Brooklyn Job Corps Academy, Foodservice Training Academy, Career Academy of New York, Fed Cap Academy, New York City College of Technology, and the Culinary Institute of America.
