Lactalis Culinary, foodservice manufacturer of high quality cheese brands including Galbani and Président will join 20 French chefs and pastry chefs from around the globe at Village de Chefs on Oct. 8–9, 2013 in Sarasota-Bradenton, Florida. The two-day event provides an outlet for Lactalis and other foodservice professionals to cultivate culinary creativity among professionals, students, and the community, while staying on top of trends in French cuisine with global influences.
Village de Chefs is an annual event held by the French association, coming to the United States for the first time. Attendees will be able to share experiences and showcase their adoptive country’s culinary cultures. Lactalis will utilize the opportunity to showcase Président Butter and Galbani Mascarpone, while inspiring the world’s future professionals with recipes, insights, and trends.
