The Crowne Plaza Princeton in New Jersey is pleased to announce that Joseph Voller has been named executive chef of the hotel. Chef Voller is an experienced food and beverage professional with experience in upscale restaurants and luxury hotels. He comes to the Crowne Plaza Princeton with the intention of producing cuisine with an emphasis on flavor, consistency, and appearance.

Boasting spacious accommodations and an impressive list of services, the Crowne Plaza Princeton is one of the top-rated hotels in Princeton, New Jersey, for both business and leisure travelers. The property's on-site restaurant, the Forrestal Grille, offers traditional American Grille fare that uses local and fresh ingredients. 

During recent renovations, the Crowne Plaza Princeton also added Flight Martini & Wine Lounge, a trendy new bar. Flight serves smart cocktails, a progressive pairing wine and martini list, and eclectic cuisine. The property is confident that Chef Voller will only enhance the dining experience at the Forrestal Grille and Flight Martini & Wine Lounge for guests and locals alike.

Chef Voller's resume includes most recently executive sous chef for David Burke Fromagerie, a perennial NJ Monthly favorite and Top 25 restaurant in the state of New Jersey. Chef Voller also brings to the Crowne Plaza Princeton more than 15 years of experience training under some of the country's best chefs, including four James Beard Award winners: Jose Garces, Guillermo Pernot, Douglass Rodriguez, and Jean Marie Lacroix.

Previously, Chef Voller worked for Daddy O Boutique Hotel in Long Beach Island, New Jersey, as the executive chef. It was here that Chef Voller impressively mentored a staff of more than 40. He also created new restaurant menu concepts and received rave reviews.

Chef Voller's resume boasts numerous experiences that make him a qualified fit for the Crowne Plaza Princeton. Both the hotel and its management company, GF Management, are pleased with the addition of Chef Voller to the Crowne Plaza Princeton staff.
