Bon Appetit presents Chicago Gourmet and Vermilion restaurant host Five Chefs for Women, an incredible dinner with five women chefs and wines on Wednesday, September 25th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. to benefit the James Beard Foundation Vermilion Women in Culinary Leadership Scholarship.

Meet these James Beard and Michelin award highly lauded women culinary leaders and experience an amazing five-course dinner with cocktails and wine pairings by Carrie Nahabedian of NAHA/Brindille, Mindy Segal of Hot Chocolate, Ina Pinkney of Ina's, international guest chef Svetlana Riscova of Elements in Latvia, and Rohini Dey of Vermilion. Specialty cocktails curated by Southern Wine and Spirits of Illinois's master mixologists Debbi Peek and Bridget Albert and select pours from Mercat a la Planxa's sommelier Wanda Cole.
