Chef Paul Turano of Tryst Restaurant located north of Boston in Arlington, has partnered with Quad Cycles, Ferns Country Store, and Wilson Farm for his 3rd annual culinary bike tour. On Sunday, October 6th, those with a passion for food and adventure will experience the flavors of fall on Tryst’s Third Annual Culinary Bike Tour!

This one-day excursion will highlight the best of local flavors as riders embark on a 22-mile bike ride, making stops at local food & wine purveyors including Ferns Country Store in Carlisle, Massachusetts, Wilson Farm in Lexington, MA and finally Tryst in Arlington, Massachusetts.

“I wanted to do something that was out-of-the-box and really highlighted the fall season. Everyone does squash soups and seasonal specials… I wanted to do something where diners got to experience it all,” says Turano. “Dining should be an experience- and this is the ultimate New England experience.”

The tour starts at 11:00 a.m. when the group meets at Quad Cycles, the area’s premier bicycle shop located on Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington. From there Quad Cycles  a.m.bassador Jen Zeuli will lead the group to their first stop, Ferns Country Store in Carlisle, Massachusetts, for a wine tasting and small bites. Riders will then head to Wilson Farm in Lexington, where they can tour the farm and stop at the farm stand before heading back to Arlington where they can end their journey with a two-course dinner at Tryst Restaurant.
