Buffalo’s Café, known for its tasty wings and American-inspired cuisine, opens its first West Coast, full-service location in Palmdale, California. Its other California locations are two co-branded Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express “FatBuff” outposts.

Founded in 1985, Buffalo’s Café continues its tradition of offering fresh wings and flavorful menu items including mouthwatering appetizers, juicy fire-grilled burgers, and homemade desserts. Buffalo’s signature wings are tossed in 13 homemade sauces ranging from: honey garlic, sweet teriyaki and sweet Bourbon BBQ to mild, hot or Death Valley.

“This is a huge milestone for Buffalo’s Café as we open our first full-service location in the state of California,” says Andy Wiederhorn, CEO of Buffalo’s Café. “With another unit in the state opening in the coming months in Palm Desert, California, we are dedicated to growing our brand and providing new fans with our unparalleled wing experience.”

Buffalo’s Café is located at 4611 E Avenue S., Palmdale, California 93552. The store will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday through Saturday.
