One Loudoun, a 358-acre omni-use, master planned community in Loudon County, Virginia, is proud to introduce five new restaurant options: Bryan Voltaggio's Family Meal, Uncle Julio's, Matchbox, Redskins Grille, and a new Italian restaurant from Chef Robert Wiedmaier.

One Loudon will have 1,040 homes, 702,000 square feet of retail including fine dining, upscale shopping, a movie theater, a luxury hotel, nearly 3 million square feet of office space, a clubhouse with pool, and an amphitheater, all surrounded by approximately 150 acres of public land with miles of walking trails. One Loudoun's mixed-use Downtown district opened in spring 2013 and continues to add new tenants.

Bryan Voltaggio is making his debut in Virginia with the second location of Family Meal in the summer or fall of 2014. The One Loudoun Family Meal location is larger than the original Frederick location, and will cover 5,100 square feet. Family Meal gives a modern take on comfort food classics for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other restaurants in the Bryan Voltaggio family include VOLT, Range, and Aggio.

Upon completion, Uncle Julio's will be a 10,010-square-foot restaurant offering authentic, border-style Mexican food at One Loudoun. Opening at the corner of Exchange and Thorndike Street in January 2015, the new location will be the sixth Uncle Julio's in the Washington metro area.

Matchbox, a 7,500 square foot vintage pizza bistro is set to open summer 2015 on Thorndike Street. The One Loudoun location will be Matchbox Food Group's seventh restaurant with other locations in Washington, D.C., Rockville, Maryland, and Palm Springs, California.

Opening spring or summer 2015, Redskins Grille will be located in the heart of One Loudoun at the corner of Exchange and Thorndike Street. Redskins Grille is a 8,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art sports restaurant from G.R.E.A.T. Grille Group, which has four other NFL-themed locations in the U.S. to include: Eddie George's Grille 27 in Columbus, Ohio; Jerome Bettis Grill 36 in Pittsburgh; Indianapolis Colts Grille Indianapolis, Indiana; and Houston Texans Grille in Houston.

Award-winning chef and proprietor, Robert Wiedmaier is developing a new Italian restaurant exclusive to the One Loudoun location. The 6,500-square-foot restaurant is opening spring or summer 2015 and is the eighth restaurant for the Robert Wiedmaier Restaurant Group, responsible for Brasserie Beck, Brabo, Marcel's, and Wildwood Kitchen.

"We're thrilled to bring such an amazing group of restaurants to One Loudoun," says Bill May, vice president of Miller & Smith and managing director of One Loudoun. "The new offerings reflect an increasing desire for unique restaurants, creative food concepts, and exceptional dining experiences."
