Daily Grill, a full service restaurant/bar specializing in classic American dishes with a modern twist opened in its newest location inside the new Graton Resort and Casino in Rohnert Park, California. The restaurant offers all-day dining options including the only full-service breakfast within the casino.

“We are delighted to open at the Bay Area’s newest casino and to be part of the Rohnert Park community,” says Bob Spivak, president and CEO of Grill Concepts Inc.

With this expansion, Daily Grill presents an updated menu created by executive chef Phil Kastel, featuring a contemporary spin on their traditional favorites. Guests can enjoy an extensive selection of freshly prepared items such as Certified Angus steaks and chops, fresh seafood, classic salads as well as seasonal chef-driven dishes.

New dishes will include Vine Ripened Tomato Stack, Kale Chicken Caesar, and Brick Chicken with White Bean Ragout. Guests will also enjoy the popular Simply 600 menu, featuring lunch and dinner items all less than 600 calories.

As the only restaurant serving full-service breakfast at the casino, Daily Grill features breakfast dishes which include Eggs Benedict: Two Poached Eggs on Grilled Canadian Bacon and Toasted English Muffin, Topped with Homemade Hollandaise Sauce; New York Steak and Eggs: 8 ounce Angus Beef Aged 28 Days, Served with Two Eggs, Any Style and homemade breakfast pastries such as Aunt Ronda’s Monkeybread.

Daily Grill features a full bar complete with classic martinis, handcrafted cocktails and an extensive selection of wine and craft beer. Happy Hour is available Sunday through Friday.

Designed by LA based Kelly Architects, the use of wood and steel elements, simple furniture, and industrial lighting modernize the traditional dining atmosphere of deep upholstered booths and supple fabrics. The bar area resembles a contemporary tavern built inside a repurposed industrial building featuring: large common tables, oversized booths, and steel supported taps.

“The new design transforms Daily Grill into a place of freshly prepared food, and hand crafted drinks in an open plan where everyone is visually connected,“ architect, George Kelly says. “The driving force behind the design was a strong connection to the fresh approach that has always been a core value of Daily Grill.”
