CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. announced renovation plans for CoolSprings Galleria in Nashville, Tennessee. The renovation comes on the heels of a major anchor redevelopment completed in early 2015, the recent addition of dining destination Connors Steak & Seafood, and the much-anticipated opening of Kings Bowling and Entertainment in May.

This renovation will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers and will allow us to continue to attract more great retailers to CoolSprings Galleria.”
The renovation will include enhancements to the interior and exterior of CoolSprings Galleria. A fresh color palette of greys, whites, and hints of blue, was chosen to complement the updates made during the redevelopment and give the center a more contemporary feel. Four entrances will be enhanced with new stone work and lighting. Interior work will include comfortable soft seating areas, updated restrooms as well as lighting and flooring upgrades.
Work at CoolSprings Galleria is set to begin in early March with an anticipated completion and Grand Celebration event in mid-October.
