As part of their overall growth initiatives, the P.J.W. Restaurant Group announced the hire of Jessica Breslow as Director, IT, and Marketing. In this newly created role, she will create synergy across multiple platforms and strengthen customer engagement programs for the burgeoning local restaurant group responsible for P.J. Whelihan’s, The Pour House, Treno, and The ChopHouse. She will report directly to COO Jim Fris.

Before her newest role at P.J.W. Restaurant Group, she spent nearly a decade with foodservice and hospitality-based giant, Aramark. As an Associate Vice President of Information Technology, she helped define IT-related marketing and operations strategies for the $3.5B education sector. Before that, she served as Senior Director of Channel Growth responsible for the residential dining platform, branding, and consumer promotions for the higher education market. She was also Marketing Director leading operations, retention efforts, and sales across the Eastern region.

Preceding Aramark, she honed her creative, operations and IT-related skills at Ford Motor Company in a number of positions ranging from Marketing Analyst to District Manager.

Breslow holds an M.B.A from The Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in Communications from Seton Hall University.

“We are very excited to expand our family further with Jessica and this new position,” Fris says. “We see this as an extremely positive step forward in terms of growth and are very enthusiastic about the future.”
