Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a multi-unit winery and restaurant, announced a new addition to its corporate executive team. Jo-El Quinlan joins the team as executive vice president of development. Quinlan's respective expertise in the industry will help support Cooper's Hawk as it experiences strong growth patterns.

Quinlan comes with a wealth of experience, having spent the last 10 years as senior vice president at Darden Restaurants Inc., a multi-brand restaurant operator of several casual dining and fine-dining restaurant chains with total sales exceeding $6 billion. There, she was responsible for all of Darden real estate activity including planning and directing real estate efforts for national brands like Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and Longhorn Steakhouse. 

As executive vice president of development at Cooper's Hawk, Jo-El Quinlan will be responsible for all development activities including market planning, real estate, design, construction, and asset management. "We are experiencing tremendous growth as a brand—and Jo-El brings a ton of knowledge and a proven model of success that will help us through this growth spurt," says Tim McEnery, Cooper's Hawk's founder and CEO. "We are most excited to have her expertise in real estate as we continue to seeking new restaurant opportunities around the country."
