B&B Franchise Group, developer and franchisor of Burger & Beer Joint restaurant concepts, announced the addition of four key management positions on the South Florida-based leadership team. B&B Franchise Group is actively soliciting potential franchisees throughout the southeast and northeast U.S., as well as select international locations, and is adding to its team to support the brand’s growth initiatives. 

Bill Herman, long-time industry professional with high-profile restaurant groups in South Florida, was promoted to president of B&B Franchise Group, effective February 2016. He was previously vice president, heading up brand development for B&B. Herman has served as vice president of marketing and media relations for Shula’s Steakhouses, LLP in Miami Lakes, and director of  brand development for Carmine’s restaurants, based in Palm Beach Gardens.

Jeremy Hetherington, who has more than 12 years of restaurant management experience, has been named director of operations. Throughout his career he has successfully opened and established five new restaurant locations with three different concepts, including Burger & Beer Joint and their Pembroke Pines location.

Amanda Conforti has been promoted to brand development manager for B&B Franchise Group. She has been with B&B since 2011 when she joined the company as financial account manager for the first two original store locations in Miami.

The seven-unit restaurant chain has plans to open 15 locations over the next four years including Florida, Texas, California, Washington, D.C., and other cities across the northern and southeastern U.S. Burger & Beer Joint is a full-service gourmet burger sports restaurant with a rock and roll theme. There are currently six locations in Florida (South Beach, Mary Brickell, Dolphin Mall, Pembroke Pines, West Palm Beach, Sarasota), and one location in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Burger & Beer Joint launched in South Beach in 2009 and became an instant hit.  The restaurant offers a gourmet, full-service sports-themed concept in an energetic fun atmosphere with a rock and roll vibe, along with a full bar including more than 75 beers.
