Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub has announced that its annual fundraising campaigns in 2023 raised an all-time high of more than $1.2 million for charities including The Folded Flag Foundation, Pine Street Inn, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund, and local Boys and Girls Clubs of America.

“We are so pleased by the effort of the Ninety Nine team and the generosity of our guests to support our fundraising efforts to achieve the highest results ever for our annual campaigns, which is in support of our brand legacy to give back to the communities we serve,” says CEO Craig Barber. “Making positive and meaningful impacts in our communities is a foundational pillar of our brand, and we are excited by the results for these wonderful organizations.”

Ninety Nine’s philanthropic efforts and fundraising results were celebrated on September 13, 2023, at Fenway Park during their 20th annual “Ninety Nine Night” with members of the supported organizations attending. Ninety Nine Night also included recognition for the general managers of the restaurants who raised the most money for each organization. To celebrate their success, each winning GM was invited to throw out a first pitch.

For local Boys & Girls Clubs, which Ninety Nine has supported for 26 years, Holly Carrol, General Manager of Ninety Nine’s restaurant in Westfield, MA, was recognized for their store raising the most money with the brand total being over $387,000. For Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund, which Ninety Nine has supported for 18 years, Rob Cappello, General Manager of Ninety Nine’s restaurant in Middleton, MA, was recognized for their store raising the most money with the brand total being over $385,000. Elizabeth Domingos, General Manager of Ninety Nine’s restaurant in Wareham, MA, was recognized for their store raising the most money for The Folded Flag Foundation, which supports Gold Star families, with the brand total being over $334,000.
