Stone Brewing Co. is opening a new outpost of its award-winning restaurant, Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens, in Liberty Station in San Diego.
The new restaurant will feature 40 craft and specialty beers on tap, an extensive wine list, and locally-grown cuisine.
It will bring a new dimension to Liberty Station's family of restaurants and is anticipated to open in early 2012.
Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens will be the company's second bistro. It will specialize in locally-grown, small-farm ingredients and feature a menu of world-inspired cuisine. The company is the largest restaurant purchaser of local, small-farm organic produce in San Diego county.
Greg Koch, Stone Brewing Co. CEO and co-founder, states: "Liberty Station is the perfect place to open our second Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens.
