Star Manufacturing is proud to announce that the National Restaurant Association has honored its line of high performance Pro-Max Two Sided Grills with Pro-Lift Hinge System with the Kitchen Innovation Award for 2011.
In its announcement, the National Restaurant Association states: “A new generation of Pro-Max Grills is based on a newly designed hinge system to transfer loads to compression springs for longevity, and lift straight up before rotation, to improve uniform grilling of multiple foods.”
Steve Lombardo, vice president of sales and marketing for Star Manufacturing, Holman and Toastmaster expressed his delight at receiving this prestigious award.
“Star Manufacturing’s new Pro-Lift Hinge System for our Pro-Max Two Sided Grills takes our reliability and performance to a whole new level. Testing of the new system demonstrated quadrupling the expected life of the hinge system and ensures even grilling of sandwiches, tortillas and proteins.
