Seasons 52 has selected Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, N.Y., as the site for its 21st location, expected to open in the spring of 2012.
The Seasons 52 at Roosevelt Field is estimated to seat 399 diners, with 91 seats in the piano bar, which features live entertainment nightly. Additionally, the restaurant will offer four private dining rooms and an exclusive chef’s table.
The new restaurant is expected to create approximately 100 jobs on Long Island.
Leading Seasons 52 in its expansion is Stephen Judge, company president, who joined the organization in March 2007.
“Roosevelt Field is an ideal setting for Seasons 52,” Judge says. “The combination of upscale residential living, shopping, dining and entertainment provides a lifestyle environment compatible with the Seasons 52 concept.”
Seasons 52 is known for its seasonally inspired menus. Its menu changes four times a year with weekly fresh features. Nothing on the menu is more than 475 calories, including entrees and Mini Indulgence desserts.
