P.F. Chang’s China Bistro has launched its Triple Happiness three-hour daily happy hour with drinks, dim sum, and street fare between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m.

The menu will feature all signature cocktails, including the Asian pear mojito and the Chinese 88 martini, for $6; beer, sake, and wine for $3 to $6; and a new Mandarin champagne cocktail.

Dim sum choices will feature six new steamed dumpling choices, including edamame, pork and leek, lemongrass chicken, and bacon and egg siu mai. Flaming red wontons will return to the menu.

Street fare will cost $3 to $4.95 and includes a new dish, tuna tataki crisp—sliced ahi tuna, seared rare on a crispy wonton and topped with crisp cucumber and scallions tossed in a citrus-sesame soy sauce.The menu also includes Asian street tacos in four varieties: traditional beef, spicy shrimp, red cooked pork, and mahi mahi. Shanghai street dumplings—a classic from the streets of Shanghai—filled with chicken, ginger, green onions, and soy also join the new additions.
