Lamb Weston is using social media to promote Tavern Traditions-brand Beer Battered Onion Rings, Fries, and Mozzarella Sticks to attract customers.

Through its partnerships with Meal Ticket Social and Mobile App for Smartphones and Call-em-all Text Messaging Club program, Lamb Weston is making it easy for operators to harness the power of social media to promote Tavern Traditions and other menu items to consumers and to drive traffic.

The Meal Ticket App enables operators to serve up special deals, coupons, events, and other key messages directly to customers’ Smartphones. The Text Messaging Club program allows operators to text special offers to their loyal customer list.

The Meal Ticket App and Text Messaging Club program can be used in conjunction with Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare as a comprehensive social media program that effectively and efficiently drives customer traffic. Lamb Weston also offers in-operation merchandising support that links social media applications to wait staff and incentive programs.

Tavern Traditions-brand onion rings and mozzarella sticks feature an exclusive beer batter recipe made with handcrafted bock beer. Consumers can now enjoy a real beer batter flavor with light, crisp crunch.
