The newest Nobu is being planned to open at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.

Nobu Restaurant and Lounge will be the centerpiece of the world’s first Nobu Hotel, an exclusive tower within Caesars Palace. The restaurant and lounge will span 9,500 square feet at the base of the Nobu tower. Caesars Palace Las Vegas and Nobu Hospitality have signed a non-binding letter of intent to develop the concept.

“We will bring the DNA of the Nobu brand to life in this venture through the vision of Nobu Matsuhisa with his fellow long-time partners and friends Robert De Niro and Meir Teper,” says Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality.

Under the plan, the interior of the Centurion Tower at Caesars Palace will undergo a multi-million dollar renovation to create the Nobu Hotel within the resort. The 180-room hotel will feature 16 suites and a penthouse and guests will enjoy room service from Nobu Restaurant.

“Nobu’s distinctive brand will bring a new dimension to Caesars Palace and will be designed to attract first-time visitors,” says Gary Selesner, president of Caesars Palace.

The completion of this transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including, without limitation, the negotiation of definitive documentation and the approval of this transaction by the board of directors of Caesars Entertainment Corporation and the shareholders of Nobu Hospitality.
