Tequila Taqueria Debuts on the Vegas Strip

Today, a new staple opens inside Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino with the debut of Tequila Taqueria. Owned by the iconic Planet Hollywood International, the property brings fun-filled food and cocktail restaurant to the Las Vegas Strip.

“We are thrilled to open this superb new restaurant at Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino,” says Robert Earl, chairman and CEO of Planet Hollywood International. “Offering a unique and fun take on classic Mexican, Tequila Taqueria will keep the party going with great food and an incredible bar featuring an expertly curated collection of tequila, mescal and other fine liquors!”

At the 80-seat restaurant and bar, which is open seven days a week from noon to 6 a.m., guests can enjoy fresh Mexican dishes and beverages set to a backdrop of revolución imagery, vintage tortilla presses, and other interesting cultural icons. The bar carries a selection from of 37 premium tequilas and 10 ice-cold Mexican beers. Fresh-pressed corn and flour tortillas hand-rolled and filled with fresh ingredients. Whether it’s authentic tacos, enchiladas, fajitas, tortas, tableside guacamole, or even a late-night breakfast craving that brings customers, their tastes can be satisfied.
