Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises announced the opening of Naoki Sushi, a new sushi spot located behind Intro in The Belden-Stratford in Lincoln Park on January 20. Led by Naoki Nakashima, Lettuce Entertain You’s long-time sushi chef, Naoki Sushi is a playful mix of contemporary and classic Japanese cuisine and sushi presented in a casual setting tucked within the culinary lab of Intro. “I want to make sure our guests have fun, feel relaxed and enjoy great ingredients during their experience,” Naoki says. 

The menu features traditional nigiri and sashimi as well as other sushi items that are more composed and include additional flourishes and ingredients. Japanese main plates will round out the menu. The beverage program highlights sushi-friendly cocktails, beers, wines, and sakes. 

Seating 50 guests, the warm, comfortable space is open from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Thursdays, 5 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturdays, and 5 to 9 p.m. on Sundays. Carry out and delivery will be available shortly after opening.
