Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises Announces Naoki Sushi

Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises announced the opening of Naoki Sushi, a new sushi spot located behind Intro in The Belden-Stratford in Lincoln Park. Led by Naoki Nakashima, Lettuce Entertain You’s long-time sushi chef, Naoki Sushi is a mix of contemporary and classic Japanese cuisine and sushi presented in a casual setting tucked within the culinary lab of Intro. “I want to make sure our guests have fun, feel relaxed and enjoy great ingredients during their experience,” Nakashima says.

The menu will feature traditional nigiri and sashimi as well as other sushi items that are more composed and include additional flourishes and ingredients. Japanese main plates will round out the menu. The beverage program will highlight sushi-friendly cocktails, beers, wines and sakes.

Seating 50 guests, the warm, comfortable space will be open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
