La Stanza Ristorante, the fine dining room of Labriola Chicago announced brunch service. Beginning November 8, La Stanza Ristorante featured brunch from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Sunday. The menu, crafted by Chief Doughboy Rich Labriola, will feature unique breakfast dishes like Lobster Thermidor Benedict, Broiled Lobster, Hook’s three-year-aged cheddar, poached eggs, English muffin, baby kale, and Octopus Hash with a Sunny Up Egg, along traditional lunch fare including brick oven pizza, sandwiches, and salads.

Brunchers will also have the option to dive into La Stanza’s Donut Bar featuring Stan’s Donuts. The “do it yourself” donut bar will offer a decadent assortment of glazes and toppings. It all starts with a simple glazed Stan’s Donut. Specialty glazes and sauces include classic chocolate and vanilla and seasonal flavors such as caramel and pumpkin pie. Top it off with a heaping assortment of toppings including candy, sprinkles, chocolate chips, marshmallows, sweet cereals, coconut, nuts, and bacon.

The decadent brunch menu will be complemented with an old-school take on some classic brunch cocktails. An array of Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas will be made to order tableside. Guests are invited and encouraged sit back and relax as they customize their beverages to their liking. At La Stanza every Bloody Mary begins with premium vodka, paired with a homemade-spiced tomato mixer, and topped with sumptuous garnishes such as olives stuffed with blue cheese or n'duja sausage, cherry peppers, soft provolone, and bacon. And for the mimosas, Prosecco can be paired with St. Germain and a seasonal selection of nectars including pomegranate, blood orange, apple cider spritz, peach, and the traditional orange juice will be available to create the perfect bubbly beverage.

Guests will enjoy the upbeat sounds of a live jazz band will play from noon to 3 p.m.
