Colorado welcomed the highly anticipated arrival of Harvest by Kelly Liken, the newest concept from the James Beard Award nominee and revered chef Kelly Liken, which officially opened on June 21. Located in Edwards, Colorado, and adjacent to the world-class ski resort town of Beaver Creek, this community-centric, neighborhood restaurant focuses on approachable seasonal American cuisine that embraces a Rocky Mountain essence, along with an inventive cocktail and beverage program.

Set on the grounds of the Sonnenalp Club, Harvest by Kelly Liken will embrace its picturesque surroundings with an indoor-outdoor appeal designed by Oz Architecture who created an “elevated farmhouse” look throughout the space. An expansive outdoor terrace with views of the dramatic Rocky Mountains will feature plenty of inviting seating and alfresco dining. Attracting locals, as well as visitors seeking a convivial atmosphere, Harvest by Kelly Liken is imbued with the perfect amount of charm and personality that is a direct reflection of the passion and dedication of its team and owners.

The menu at Harvest will serve creative and approachable Colorado seasonal fare, with a beer, cocktail, and coffee program that is representative of the coveted local breweries, distillers, and coffee producers and roasters from throughout the region.

This casual neighborhood spot will focus on nourishing dishes, paired to a unique but affordable wine program with by the glass options available on tap. Stand-out signature dishes will include Smoked Rocky Mountain Trout with frisee, crisp potatoes, kalamata olives, haricot vert, hard cooked egg, and sherry-balsamic vinaigrette; Leg of Lamb – slow cooked “saag” marinated lamb with chickpea mash, sautéed spinach, pickled fresno chili, and carrot salad; and Heirloom Tomatoes & Watermelon with fresh mint, pickled red onions, arugula, and feta.
