Acclaimed hospitality company David Burke Group announced today its partnership with Silverspot Cinemas, which will launch across the U.S. beginning in June 2015. As part of the culinary company's national expansion with the renowned movie theater group, three new venues will be unveiled with a brand new, original concept.  Aptly named Trilogy, the new concept will bring together film, fare, and libations for moviegoers and culinary enthusiasts alike. David Burke Group’s signature whimsical flair will be brought to Silverspot Cinema’s Coconut Creek location opening on June 18, followed by an outpost at Silverspot's Chapel Hill, North Carolina, location in August 2015.

In its new role, David Burke Group has developed a unique and creative concept focusing on inventive American cuisine, and they will also oversee the theatre’s overall food and beverage program. Trilogy, a contemporary American café featuring innovative twists on classic dishes, will offer a variety of culinary options to moviegoers, including a full-service restaurant, modern concessions with locally curated specialty items, and an elegant lounge and premium bar with a selection of appetizers, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas, entrees, and sweets. With 120 seats, the spacious restaurant, bar, and lounge is donned with wood paneled walls and accented by thoughtfully sourced kitchen mementos bringing the café dining experience to the moviegoer and guests alike.

“The opening of Trilogy will introduce David Burke Group to an entirely new audience, and we are excited to present new flavors and concepts to cinema dining with Silverspot Cinema,” says Stephen Goglia, president and CEO of David Burke Group. "The Coconut Creek outpostkicks off our partnership, and we look forward building our relationship and working together to bring the culinary and theater world closer together in a unique and inventive way that brings our combined signature styles and experiences to each location."

Under the direction of Executive Chef Matt O’Neill, Trilogy will feature an array of delectable menu items that can be enjoyed in a traditional sit-down restaurant or ordered to-go and enjoyed while sitting screen-side.
