Acclaimed Chef Richard Sandoval’s lively restaurant Masa 14 in Washington, D.C. announced the introduction of a new Unlimited Chef’s Tasting Menu, featuring unlimited small plates and free-flowing cocktails.

Available Sunday through Thursday, the menu offers two package options: Unlimited Latin-Asian small plates for $49 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), or Unlimited Latin-Asian small plates and a select of bottomless drinks for $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).

The entire table must order the same Unlimited Chef’s Tasting Menu offering and guests have a two-hour window to enjoy their food and libations. Masa 14's full a la carte menu is also available nightly.

Guests enjoying the Unlimited Chef's Tasting Menu can enjoy an array of dishes from the Latin-Asian inspired menu. Salads and Starters include She-Crab Bisque, Crispy Calamari, and the Hijiki Seaweed-Jicama Salad with sesame dressing, chayote and daikon sprouts.

Showstoppers from the Wok section of the menu include Charred Octopus with chorizo, fingerling potato, haricot vert, saffron aioli, and micro greens. Dim Sum dishes include Pork Belly Steamed Buns with achiote, pineapple sambal, cilantro, and Serrano chili, and the Crunchy Shrimp with chipotle aioli, teriyaki, toasted sesame and masago.

Dishes from the Land & Sea section of the menu include Pollo a la Braza, a Peruvian-style chicken with plantains, black beans, aji verde, and chicharrón and Seared Ahi Tuna with mole negro, and haricot vert.

To complement the dinner menu, signature craft cocktails, wine, and beer options are also available. Cocktails include the traditional mojitos, margaritas, and caipirinhas.
