Red Robin Debuts Burger, Holiday Menu

Guests can enjoy the newest addition to Red Robin’s Finest burger line, The Big Sky, inspired by Chef Brad Halsten through Jan. 4.

Chef Halsten was Red Robin’s Best of the Bash Contest Grand Prize Winner at the 2014 Food Network and Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE.

The Big Sky Burger features a half-pound Black Angus beef patty with blackened seasoning, topped with crispy bacon, an onion ring drizzled in Sriracha, creamy goat cheese crumbles, arugula, and roasted garlic aioli served on a toasted ciabatta bun. 

“I wanted to kick things up a notch and use unique ingredients, like pairing Sriracha with a blackened patty,” says Chef Brad Halsten.

Chef Halsten, owner of The Burger Dive in Billings, Mont., also known as Big Sky country, wowed the judges.  His creation beat out nine other elite burgers made by esteemed chefs from around the country.

The Big Sky will be Red Robin’s fifth Finest burger, joining a lineup including the Smoke & Pepper Burger, The D.G.B., Black & Bleu Burger, and Southern Charm Burger. 

Guests can enjoy the newest addition to our dessert line up, Doh! Rings, which are a towering treat featuring a hybrid of a warm, flaky croissant and a hot, sweet donut, sprinkled with sugar and served with hot fudge and berry dipping sauces.

Red Robin has also extended its adult-only shake offerings with the new Divalicious Red Wine Shake, a delectable combination of Little Black Dress Divalicious Red wine, Pinnacle Whipped vodka, raspberry purée, and creamy vanilla soft serve. Plus, each shake comes with a free wine charm while supplies last.

Additional  holiday menu items available through Jan. 4 include:

  • The Holiday Turkey Burger – Guests can gobble this turkey burger topped with sweet potato fries, crispy bacon, green leaf lettuce, mayo, and apple-cranberry relish on a whole grain toasted bun.
  • Garlic Herbed Fries – Guests can now get Red Robin’s famous Bottomless Steak Friestossed in Parmesan cheese and garlic-herb seasoning.
  • The Giggling Goose Martini – Adult guests can celebrate the season with this merry martini made with Grey Goosevodka, blackberry blood orange syrup, fresh lemon juice, and mint.
  • Gingerbread Milkshake –This popular item returns to the menu this holiday season, featuring a tasty combination of gingerbread syrup, creamy vanilla soft serve, and graham cracker crumbs.
