Quaker Steak & Lube announced that participating locations nationwide launched a new menu for winter.

Closing out its 40th anniversary celebration, the company is wrapping up the year by introducing a new category of bold-flavored food, making Top Gear Tenders a menu staple while continuing to offer fresh sandwiches and other healthy options.

"As we look into the future of the brand, we wanted to end the year by introducing bold, fresh-tasting flavors that Lube Nation would enjoy and food that set us apart against others in the industry," says Megan Duniec, senior director of marketing, Quaker Steak & Lube.

Inspired by the food truck revolution, The Lube has introduced its newest category, Street Food, to the menu to debut inspirational food, packed with bold flavors and made fresh from the kitchen.

Lubies can enjoy authentic barbecue and Asian small plates like the new Truck Tacos, which can be topped off with chicken, shrimp, or steak. The new Demo Derby Fries are topped off with fiery BBQ pulled pork, Cheddar-Jack, white queso, fresh pico de gallo, scallions, and with fresh jalapenos.

After a successful introduction this fall, Top Gear Tenders will become a menu staple offering a superior and boneless tender with exceptional flavor. The freshly sourced chicken breasts are cut into tenders, which are then marinated for eight to nine hours before being placed in a buttermilk batter.

Top Gear Tenders are then hand-breaded upon order, resulting in a tender that finally lives up to its name. Guests can enjoy Top Gear Tenders as part of the Starting Line Up as a Top Gear Tender Taster, as well as in the Main Features in the Top Gear Tenders Basket.

On the lighter side, the menu features new healthier options including Guacamole and Chips, Turkey Club, and a Turkey BLT Wrap.

Fans will want to race ahead to the finish line for dessert. The new Chocolate Stout Cake has four layers of dark chocolate Stout sponge cake, ganache with hints of malt and coffee, and is topped off with whipped cream.
