Doc B's River North Rolls Out New Brunch Menu

 

Beginning October 16, Doc B’s Fresh Kitchen will introduce their first brunch menu to be featured exclusively at the Grand River North location. Guests will enjoy a selection of crave-worthy, house-made and mindfully sourced dishes sure to please any palate.

Dish highlights include “The Classics,” like Tennessee Hot Chicken & Waffles, made with a home-style waffle and Doc B’s famous hot chicken, and “The Basics” like Avocado Toast, a farm fresh egg topped with house made salsa fresca, sea salt, and fresh cracked pepper. An assortment of egg sandwiches will also be available, like The Red White and Blue, with Danish blue cheese, bacon and roasted red pepper and Mom’s Kitchen, made with Swiss cheese, spicy sausage and Doc B’s secret sauce.

Diners will also be able to take advantage of a Bloody Mary bar and “build your own mimosa” option, in addition to an assortment of coffee, tea and bottomless fresh squeezed juices.

Brunch will be available every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
